Most likely there was some problem with ports creation in Neutron, port wasn't set to UP and notification to nova wasn't send at all. Please start from checking neutron agent (I don't know which backend are You using) and neutron server logs. -- Slawek Kaplonski Principal Software Engineer Red Hat
