Not support now.

Now if you deploy openstack with cinder, skyline will create instance(os disks) with cinder(volume).
But if you have no cinder, skyline can support to create instances(os disks) directly from images.

Will Skyline support boot from image directly during instance creation.
Instead of choosing a system disk (volume) every time.
