Hello Neutrinos:
Yesterday we found that we are still executing some periodic jobs for networking-odl in some stable releases. For the newer branches, we have proposed the corresponding patches to remove these zuul jobs [1][2]. The problem is in the Ussuri branch [3], which is completely broken (UTs, pep8, etc). This is why I'm proposing to transition it to EOL.
