[release][ironic] Some Ironic deliverables might need a refresh before final Train release

Hi everyone, Quick reminder that for deliverables following the cycle-with-intermediary model, the release team will use the latest train release available on release week. The following deliverables have done a train release, but it was not refreshed in the last two months: - bifrost (last released on 2019-06-06) - ironic-inspector (last released on 2019-07-09) - ironic-python-agent (last released on 2019-07-09) - ironic (last released on 2019-06-21) You should consider making a new one very soon, so that we don't use an outdated version for the final release.
