[ironic] Resuming meetings next week

Greetings everyone,

Now that the Holidays are over, it is time for us to resume meeting on a regular basis. Ironic will resume it's weekly meeting next Monday at 1500 UTC in #openstack-ironic on irc.freenode.net.
