[telemetry] Telemetry for Train

Hi Trinh, I work in cloud telemetry area. Followed through the mailing list, IRC chat and the etherpad. I see most folks participating are from Asia or EU. Is there a way that these meetings could be conducted in USA friendly time zone? Possibly have it biweekly in alternating time zones. Thanks for taking this up. Thanks, Sunku Ranganath
