Testing was done, you can see that in https://review.opendev.org/513506/. However the issue was, at the time, projects that were using tools/tox_install.sh would break (I have no idea is that is still the case).
I have a couple of changes open to remove the final tools/tox_install.sh files, see: https://review.opendev.org/#/q/status:open+++topic:tox-siblings There are a few more repos that didn't take my changes from last year which I abandoned in the mean time - and a few dead repos that I did not submit to when double checking today ;( Also, compute-hyperv and nova-blazar need https://review.opendev.org/663234 (requirements change) first. So, we should be pretty good if these changes get reviewed and merged, Andreas -- Andreas Jaeger aj@suse.com Twitter: jaegerandi SUSE LINUX GmbH, Maxfeldstr. 5, 90409 Nürnberg, Germany GF: Felix Imendörffer, Mary Higgins, Sri Rasiah HRB 21284 (AG Nürnberg) GPG fingerprint = 93A3 365E CE47 B889 DF7F FED1 389A 563C C272 A126 -- Andreas Jaeger aj@suse.com Twitter: jaegerandi SUSE LINUX GmbH, Maxfeldstr. 5, 90409 Nürnberg, Germany GF: Felix Imendörffer, Mary Higgins, Sri Rasiah HRB 21284 (AG Nürnberg) GPG fingerprint = 93A3 365E CE47 B889 DF7F FED1 389A 563C C272 A126
