We have a blocker on TripleO check/gate/integration jobs detailed in:

 https://bugs.launchpad.net/tripleo/+bug/1975646 - tripleo tests are failing os_tempest with "openstacksdk library MUST be >=0.99."

There is a proposed fix in test now: https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/tripleo-ci/+/843220.

Please hold rechecks until we can either merge the fix or revert the breaking change.
