[kolla-ansible][Neutron]Limiting bandwidth per Project/Domain/Tenant?

Hi, Is there any way to limit bandwidth per project, domain or tenant? According to the neutron documentation limit can be set per port (router,FIP etc.) but what if I need to limit whole project (which can have multiple routers, FIPs, etc.) - incoming and outgoing traffic? Best regards, Adam
