Practical workshop labs for Meetups?

Hey folks, Yesterday, I took part in the Los Angeles OpenInfra meetup, and a question that came up from some of the organizers was if there are any practical workshop labs we can walk folks through to sort of show some practical/concrete usage aspects of OpenStack? Is anyone aware of any such materials? I ask because we are talking of trying to organize the next meetup in more a workshop style, especially as some participants did also express interest in hands on learning. Thanks in advance, -Julia
