OVN QoS extension now supports max BW and DSCP QoS rules for VM ports and floating IPs [0].

GW IP is still under development [1].

I just want to confirm that is it possible now in Openstack Wallaby release to apply QoS policy to limit bandwidth for floating IP, Gateway IP and at VMs Interface as previously it was not possible in Victoria release.
