I am using Openstack Wallaby release on Ubuntu 20.04.

I just want to confirm that is it possible now in Openstack Wallaby release to apply QoS policy to limit bandwidth for floating IP, Gateway IP and at VMs Interface as previously it was not possible in Victoria release. I would really appreciate any input in this regard.
