[telemetry] Export Openstack Metrics to Prometheus

Hello Openstack Telemetry Team, Do you know if we have a Prometheus exporter already available to export Openstack metrics stored by Gnocchi? I'm currently working on re-enabling the Openstack Telemetry services for the StarlingX Openstack (STX-O) project and we are moving in the direction of using the standard Openstack telemetry pipeline: openstack services -> ceilometer -> gnocchi -> aodh. However, to enable the integration with other systems and tools, we are looking for a way to export the Openstack metrics stored by Gnocchi to Prometheus. Thank you in advance for any help.
