Currently we have a gate blocker in test: tripleo-ci-centos-9-undercloud-upgrade.

The details have been added to https://bugs.launchpad.net/tripleo/+bug/1973043.

We are testing a workaround until we can promote a new master build with new containers.

Please hold rechecks in the meantime.
