[nova] Our first spec review day for Dalmatian

Hey folks, As agreed during the PTG, we'll have two spec review days this cycle. Next Tuesday, ie. May 14 2024, we'll have the first one. Please make sure you can upload your spec before this and please be around on IRC on Tuesday (if you can) so we could discuss your spec change if we need. Thanks, -Sylvain
