I'm trying to achieve an event based action based on uploading an Object to Swift, similar to SNS on AWS - where a file is uploaded and then some action happens.

I've looked into https://github.com/openstack-archive/qinling due to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K2SiMZllN_A&t=30s&ab_channel=LingxianKong which shows how a function is triggered when a file is uploaded to Swift.

However I see the project has been archived and not maintained and was wondering if there is something that maybe I can use?
