How the add public ip address to access dashboard

Hi all, Suppose in LAN the dashboard is accessible on 192.168.0.3/dashboard, if we want to access it on the internet public ip for ex:124.124.222.34. How can we do this, so it can be accessible through both ips192.168.0.3 and 124.124.22.34. And how we can remove /dashboard from the url. so it can be accessible on 192.168.0.3 instead of 192.168.0.3/dashboard. Kind regards
