Because the new systemtap packages have not yet been released and

our master gate job has been broken for more than a week, I merged

the temporal workaround[1].

I'd keep that patch master only atm, but it takes additional days then

I'll backport that to stable/yoga to unblock stable/yoga CI.

Last week we also saw centos stream 8 jobs consistently failing but it seems these jobs were

already fixed by the new python3-qt5 package.
