[openstack][kolla-ansible]Collection ansible.posix does not support Ansible version 2.14.17

Hello/ I am deploying openstack 2023.1 with kolla customized images but I get this error: FAILED! => {"changed": false, "msg": "Can not parse the inner module output: b'[WARNING]: Collection ansible.posix does not support Ansible version 2.14.17\\n These images were built from kolla 16.5.1.dev1.
