[ops] picking up some activity

Greetings! The OpenStack Operators ("ops") meetups team will attempt to have an IRC meeting at the normal time and place (#openstack-operators on freenode at 10am EST/DST) on *Sept 15th*( following a period of complete inactivity for obvious reasons. If you're an official member of the team or even just interested in what we do, please feel free to join us. Whilst we can't yet contemplate resuming in-person meetups during this global pandemic, we can resume attempting to build the openstack operators community, share knowledge and perhaps even do some more virtual get-togethers.
