[cinder]Improve Cinder backup

Hello guys. I want to show Cinder backup pool stats such as size, I search google but there is no cli to achieve this task. One more thing, we also need a progress bar when backup volume. It is a useful feature for users who want to track their backup tasks. Thank you. Regards Nguyen Huu Khoi
