Sorry I should have clarified.  The build step I am stuck on is while spinning up the trove database on openstack horizon.  I have built the qcow image fine.   Also, I can view the login prompt of the trove instance that was created when creating a trove database. So it seems the agent is not running in the instance properly. 

I have read that document lots and need to login to the image to see the files and Ubuntu Ubuntu doesnt work.
