Hi, TC members!

We need two TC members to serve on the Shanghai forum selection
committee, and help select, refine and potentially merge the forum
session proposals from the wider community.

Beyond encouraging people to submit proposals, the bulk of the selection
committee work happens after the submission deadline (planned for       Sept
16th) and the Forum program final selection (planned for Oct 7th).

Since we'll have TC renewal elections in progress, it's simpler to pick
between members that are not standing for reelection in September. That
would be: asettle mugsie jroll mnaser ricolin, ttx and zaneb.
