[glance] No IRC meetings next 2 weeks

As discussed in yesterday's weekly meeting, we will not be conducting our next 2 weekly IRC meetings on 22 October and 29 October because of the Summit and the PTG. See you all during PTG discussions, below are the details about glance schedule during PTG.
