because OSSN-0075 (https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/OSSN/OSSN-0075) 

we don't purge the glance "images" table.

This means that we continue to have information about the deleted images in the DB.  

For several reasons I would like to not keep data of deleted images that can point to users activity.

Currently we simply "obfuscate" all this data.
