We are running our datacenter using the Ussuri version.  Planning to upgrade to higher versions soon.

1. What are  the metering, billing and metric solutions for ussuri and other latest openstack versions ?

2. The ceilometer and gnocchi  is the way forward or  ?  People are using any latest tools for the best results pls share your thoughts.
