I was Neutron bug deputy for this week, and it was a really quiet week.

Opinion:

The issues is reported from Rocky
On openstack-discuss was some mail about slow security-group API on Stein for example: http://lists.openstack.org/pipermail/openstack-discuss/2020-December/019573.html
I checked some rally execution from latest master runs and haven't seen such
