Oslo Spec Review, Eventlet Removal Proposal.

Hi everyone, I hope you’re all doing well. During yesterday’s Oslo IRC meeting, the main topic was the removal of eventlet in oslo.service[1]. It seems that everyone is in agreement with this proposal, and no objections were raised. I would appreciate it if you could take another look and review the code.
