Hello,

Are you sure your image is correctly installed? From default iso, windows does not have virt-io driver and cloud-init. You need to install both.

Dear OpenStack community,

    I just launch a windows client in my OpenStack platform, but it can't connect to the internet with the float IP. Before that use a ubuntu client I can access the internet. Any ideas about why this happened. Thank you for your help.
