Hey folks,

I'd like to propose Kevin as a core for the tripleo-ansible repo (e.g. tripleo-ansible-core). He has made excellent progress centralizing our ansible roles and improving the testing around them.

Please reply with your approval/objections. If there are no objections, we'll add him to tripleo-ansible-core next Friday Aug 2, 2019.
