Does openstack have an official automatic evacuation instance scheme

Hi all,

I would like to ask whether the openstack community has an official automatic evacuation instance scheme？

I have a openstack cluster, and all of glance, nova and cinder has used ceph. So I have a basic of instance HA. I want to imply automatic evacuation instance, but I'm a newer in this.

Does the community have any related projects or recommended open source solutions?
