Note that there were still questions in that discussion which went unanswered, like whether the Kolla team is planning to distribute images containing copies of non-open-source (BSL) software. While there may not be any legal concern, the OpenStack Technical Committee has in the past placed limits on built artifacts[*] published by project teams, and this specific case is ending up on the TC meeting agenda[**] for next week so it would be good to clarify these points in order to facilitate a productive discussion on the topic.
