Hi Tony,
RDO does not package Monasca so it does not exist in the binary flavour (except for dedicated Grafana).
Please consult [1]. Your immediate workaround is to use source flavour for Monasca.

Hi,
Are those Monasca Kolla container images kolla/centos-binary-monasca-* on Docker Hub? I only see kolla/centos-binary-monasca-grafana.
I am running Kolla Ansible to deploy Monasca and got this failure. ======== docker.errors.ImageNotFound: 404 Client Error: Not Found (\"pull access denied for kolla/centos-binary-monasca-api, repository does not exist or may require \\'docker login\\': denied: requested access to the resource is denied\") ========
Please follow the kolla documentation for deploying monasca, which includes forcing the use of source images: https://docs.openstack.org/kolla-ansible/latest/reference/logging-and-monito....
Thanks! Tony
