As suggested by some community members, we now have a "ping list" for our Neutron meetings. If you want to be pinged just before the meeting starts, you can add your IRC nickname to the meeting agenda, in the "ping list" paragraph. As commented during the Neutron meeting, this is only a courtesy ping.
