Hey just want to communicate that promotions for master and victoria are being delayed due to promotion-blockers.   If you have a merged patch in a repo that is not gated by tripleo jobs you will NOT be able to use that patch until we promote.

Please review the following bugs to better understand what is blocking.

I'll note, any tempest test results logged in bugs are most likely already skipped and not blocking upstream via https://opendev.org/openstack/openstack-tempest-skiplist/src/branch/master/roles/validate-tempest/vars/tempest_skip.yml

Your focus should be on deployment failures, not tempest failures at this time.
