Also, through the Japan OpenStack user community network, I have already reached out to a few people who are interested in Masakari (they are welcome to join as observers at first). As a first step, I propose holding a kick-off meeting to align on how we run the meeting going forward (bi-weekly schedule, agenda/minutes process, chair rotation, etc.).
