Myself Shameem, on behalf of NerveDigital i am writing this mail. We are provisioning the trove database as a service in our existing infrastructure, and we got an ERROR on launching a DB instance. We have been troubleshooting it for a while and find no hope. Please help us to find a proper resolution for the issue.
