DevStack Installation Issue on Ubuntu (Bare Metal) - Can't add security group and floating IP

Hi, I hope you're doing well. I am Nayeem from Bangladesh, and we are in the process of installing DevStack on an Ubuntu machine for a proof of concept (POC). However, after installation, we are facing issues with adding security groups and attaching floating IPs to instances in OpenStack.
