[charms] IRC meetings and the holiday season

Hello all,

We are entering the holiday season, and as such we will stop our IRC meeting activity until we enter the next year.

The next meeting will be held Monday January 13th 2020.

I want to use this opportunity to say thank you to all activity and contributions to the charms project this year, and I look forward to what the next year might bring.
