[PTG][Horizon][Manila][Plugins] Upcoming PTG session on integration tests for Horizon and plugins

Hello all, Horizon team is hosting a session on integration tests for Horizon in general and for Manila UI plugin in particular. Manila is the first plugin we are covering, so other Horizon plugins could take it as an example and get some ideas on how they could use some general fixtures implemented in Horizon.
