[ironic] Announcing retirement of sushy-cli

Hello ironicers! After a brief exchange in the ML and a discussion during the latest ironic meeting on monday, the community has agreed to retire the sushy-cli project. We'll start the procedure in the next days aiming to conclude the retirement during the xena cycle. Thank you, Cheers, Riccardo
