As promised last week and since there were no further comments the proposal to move tripleo stable/victoria to EOL is at [1].
Before we can move ahead with that, we first need to get folks to stop posting patches against stable/victoria.
So we should give some time to get any final patches merged (links to all the repos/gerrit open reviews at [2] for reference) and then we can re-spin [1] to pick up those final commits .
I'll send a separate request to stop posting to stable/victoria next week for better visibility.

The stable/victoria branch was moved to Extended Maintenance with [4] so we can no longer make any releases for these repos. Victoria is not an active branch for TripleO (not an FFU branch) so we are just merging patches there on the way back to train.
