I am trying to build images using 2023.1 kolla tag but every time it's getting stuck here and there and I have to ctrl+c and re-run the build. It's very frustrating. How do CI jobs build images without getting stuck?  

Because of that I have to build images role-by-role instead of all images in a single shot.
