Having discussed this with some members of the tripleo ci team
(weshay, sshnaidm), we would like to propose Sandeep Yadav (irc:
ysandeep) for core on the tripleo-ci repos (tripleo-ci,
tripleo-quickstart and tripleo-quickstart-extras).

Sandeep joined the team about 1.5 years ago and has from the start
demonstrated his eagerness to learn and an excellent work ethic,
having made many useful code submissions [1] and code reviews [2] to
the CI repos and beyond. Thanks Sandeep and keep up the good work!
