I would like to propose Sven Kieske as a core reviewer for Kolla and Kolla-Ansible

Sven has been very active and providing insightful 
feedback to reviews as well as code contributions.

If I won’t receive any negative votes until 11th of September - I’ll add Sven in Gerrit on the Kolla weekly meeting on that day.
