[nova][elections][ptl] Leaving my seat

Hey Nova-ers That's a bit bittersweet but after running as a Nova PTL for 7 cycles, I preferred to leave this seat as I no longer have a lot of time for this. I'll continue to be around and I'll help our next PTL for sure :-) Thanks and see you at the PTG anyway :-) -Sylvain
