This is telling you that the external VIP address you specified in your config is not in the subnet found on the interface specified as the api_interface. It beieves that interface is set to eth0.

If you have nodes with different interface layouts, you will want to specify things like api_interface, cluster_interface, etc. in your ansible inventory instead of the global config. I do this always just in case new hardware gets introduced later with different mappings.
