[placement] reminder: no meeting today May 27

There will be no Placement/Scheduler meeting today (May 27th) for two reasons:

* It's a holiday in a few different places. * The poll to see what to do with the meeting has resulted in switching to office hours: https://civs.cs.cornell.edu/cgi-bin/results.pl?id=E_9599a2647c319fd4

I'll set up a doodle or similar so we can figure out when to schedule the office hours. They will not be at at the same time as the meeting as "meeting at a different time" was the second most popular choice.
