[kolla] Weekly meeting 16th Oct cancelled

Hello Koalas, Cancelling weekly meeting on 16th October due to OpenInfra Days USA (Indianapolis). The next meeting (23rd October) is also cancelled because we’ll be meeting on Kolla vPTG (https://etherpad.opendev.org/p/kolla-epoxy-ptg). Please propose PTG topics and see you there! Michal
