[manila] Bugsquash postponed by one week

Hello, Zorillas!

I'm sending this email to inform you that the bugsquash we planned for this week will be postponed by one week. We currently have some FFEs and we could use the change owners and reviewers energy to get those changes moving forward.

We hope to have the FFE changes merged by the end of this week, so next week we could use some focus time on the bugsquash.
